For band today, all we did was watch a movie. We watched Ultimate Silly Songs. For math today , first we took a time test. The last thing we did for math was do our math.
In reading we made a C.U.P. card. We had to choose a story from our journal. We had to check for punctuation and capitalization. I chose a stor from when I was sledding.
We went to the auditorium to practice a skit from our Open Court reading book. The story was The Book That Saved the Earth.
Recess!!!
Recess is the kids’ favorite time of the day. It was fun. I played kickball.
Lunch is a time to eat. I like lunch because I like to eat.
Today in Social Studies we read Chapter 3. After that the teacher had us answer some questions.
The end of the day! Hooray!
First thing we did today was read and work in our novels.
In band we went to the next page in our book. We have computer for our special. Ms. Morris talked about the computer rules. We went to Microsoft Word.
The first thing we did in math is our timed test. Then we corrected our math. Then we played math memory. Then we had our test.
In reading we had to finish our telescope graphic organizer, Megawords, write in our novel, and A.R. read.
In Language Arts we wrote in our novel.
Yay recess!!!! We had a lot of fun.
At assembly we started our assembly with the Pledge of Allegiance.

When we first came in this morning we did our morning business. Then we went to band. Some of the flutes got to put their whole flute together.
Then we went to art. We finished our Hiku.
Next we ate snack and took a timed test. Next we corrected our math.
After math we did Reading. We were working on our examples about Lupe and Julio.
Next is Language ARts. We learned about the PENS and MARK strategies and wrote our five sentences.
Finally the moment we’ve all been waiting for, next. Recess! Lots of people did the mileage club. Some people played kickball. Some people played basketball. Even some people played on the play set. Next we had lunch.
Next we had A.R. After A.R. we had social studies. Some people did really bad, but a very few people passed. Miss B. gave us another chance.
Next we had science, yay! We corrected our Maps and Globes and finally, the end of the day.
