It is our first day back from Thanksgiving Break. In band we are doing chair tests tomorrow.
In math we had a timed test. So all of those people are getting awards.
In reading we started a new story called Telescopes. Five…four…three…two…one. Blast off to Language Arts!
In Language Arts we wrote in our novels. Some people are almost to fifty percent of their writing goal.
In read aloud time we read some parts of our stories to the class.
In social studies we read the last lesson in our third unit in our social studies book. Then we got a worksheet.
Now science. In science we looked at each other’s atom projects. Some people shared information with the class like Hannah, me, Rachel, Ryan, Ethan, Emily, Logan, and Kassandra. I think they were great!
Unfortunately there were no assemblies today. If you want to hear about assemblies stay tuned to the next roving reporter on Friday.

Today is Wednesday. We first put our stuff in our locker. We walked into class and began at 8:00 am. At 8:15 we went to band while some people were in study hall.
After study hall/band was art. We were learning about Debra Butterfield. She loved horses. She made horses out of mud, wax, metal, and sticks.
Next was MEAP. MEAP is what you learned fro Kindergarten to whatever grade you are in now. We just finished the last part of the math assessment. Now we are going on to the language arts portion of the test.
Enough about Math, let’s go to Reading. A lot of people think Reading is fun, but you know what is more fun? RECESS! Some of the kids’ favorite part of the day is recess because it’s the time of day that friends can hang out for 20 minutes. Today for recess it was cold out. So we went in for recess and got ready for Social Studies.
In Social Studies we had a test about the Incas, Aztecs, and Mayas. After social studies was science. In science we learned about mode, and median. That’s all for the Roving Reporting.
